Returns Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from Seller. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD shipment will be accepted. Goods returned for any reason other than defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Only goods which have been purchased within the 12 months period of the returned date will be accepted. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped or no credit will be issued. No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which have been closed out by the Seller.

ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES & OTHER MISC. SHIPPING CHARGES

TheRanchGC is not responsible for fees charged by UPS in instances where the customer provides. TheRanchGC with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.

These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from the following sources: internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other electronic means.

Orders placed over the telephone are exempt from the above stated correction fees.



SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES

Most items listed in the catalog are carried in stock and are shipped within 24 hours. Please use your street address (not a P.O. Box). All shipments, including Ground and Air are made through UPS, unless requested or required otherwise. Please see below for detailed shipping rates. When two or more boxes are shipped via UPS on the same day, it is possible they will not be delivered on the same day. Allow 2-3 days before contacting FedEx or Hireko.

All orders must be placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time to qualify for same day shipment. Some weight restrictions apply, call for details. All Air orders, which are not delivered on time, need to be reported within 15 days of receipt of order or no refund will be issued. All replacement orders will be shipped using the same method as the original order. Please call for a Return Authorization Number on returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Rate chart applies to all continguous U.S. destinations. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands based on weight and delivery.

Please, allow an additional 3-5 working days for assembled club orders. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of ordering. Please call for UPS Service delivery charges. Standard Ground UPS charges are based on the UPS rate chart.
